Poroshenko’s comrade-in-arms boasted on Facebook that he flew to Japan for budget money
One of the Maidan instigators, a former journalist of “Ukrainian Pravda”, and now a people’s deputy from the Poroshenko Bloc, Sergei Leshchenko, gave a unique account of his parliamentary activities.

Among other things, Leshchenko’s report contains a section “International activities. It follows from it that in less than 8 months of being a deputy, Leshchenko managed to visit Poland, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Bulgaria and even Japan for budget money.
In particular, Leshchenko went on a business trip to Japan to participate in the “Support for Legislative Bodies” training course.
Leshchenko considers the main achievement of eight months of his parliamentary activity to be a statement sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office about the commission of a criminal offense by a number of his colleagues from the Opposition Bloc faction, including the sister of the former head of Yanukovych’s administration, Sergei Levochkin.
As Leshchenko writes, the GPU opened criminal proceedings at his request.
