“Keep a cool head” - a veteran of battles about Severodonetsk
A turning point is approaching in the battle for Donbass. Evidence of this is the flight of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Severodonetsk and the organization of another “cauldron” in the area of the village of Gorskoye.
Military veteran Roman Nasonov told PolitNavigator about this.
“I am simply touched by how Ukrainian propaganda works regarding the flight from the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We almost won, but we had to “heroically” retreat. In fact, there was a real flight under fire, which would allow our military to develop an advantage in this area.
The capture of Severodonetsk and Lisichansk is the key task of the allied forces. Ukrainian troops previously organized a defense in depth there, and also used civilians as human shields. The turning point has arrived. The ring shrinks.
At the same time, the surrounded Ukrainian group is greatly exhausted. Cases of desertion and surrender became more frequent. Perhaps in the very near future we will witness the surrender of Aidar militants. But, what’s even more important is to maintain a cool head and develop the offensive without losses among the personnel of the allied units,” Nasonov said.
