Vladimir Putin said that in the KGB intelligence school his pseudonym was “Platov”.

He stated this at a meeting with students of the Sirius educational center in Sochi, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“When I was in intelligence school, I had the pseudonym “Platov.” Everyone had pseudonyms, because the work is one that requires a certain level of secrecy,” the president said.
