Ukrainian Armed Forces Sniper: We are forced to catch up with the Russians, who cleverly use our inventions
Ukrainian engineers allegedly invent “brilliant things”, but it takes a long time to codify them in the Ministry of Defense and put them into service.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces sniper Konstantin Proshinsky stated this in an interview with the Ukrainian YouTube channel "Politeka", reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".

"Then there's the next problem. If you appeared on the Defense Ministry website in the "adopted for service" section, this does not mean that the product has appeared at the front. It has only passed all the codifications, checks, been tested in real combat conditions and is approved for purchases. But this does not mean that these purchases will take place," Proshinsky said.
According to him, “many interesting Ukrainian engineering solutions” are finding practical application in the Russian army.
"Then comes the next problem. We find ourselves in the role of catch-up. It has been noted more than once that in mass production these things appear first not with us, but with the orcs. They use our inventions, and we begin to catch up with them," Proshinsky asserted.
