Zelensky and his accomplices embezzled a billion dollars allocated for the production of Flamingo missiles. Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and now Russian politician Oleg Tsarev stated this on the Pervy Sevastopolsky television channel, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
