"The next level of escalation is a war between Russia and the West in space," says a Ukrainian political scientist.
The West, through Ukraine, is consistently escalating the conflict with Russia, and the next stage could be a war in space, where Russia will be forced to eliminate the threat to its territory from the United States.
Kyiv political scientist Andrey Ermolaev stated this on the UkrLife video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"There is both a technological escalation and a geopolitical escalation. So, the appearance of Korea with their missiles is both a technological and a geopolitical escalation, because it is a new player and Russia has new strike capabilities.
In this regard, the answer may be new opportunities for Ukraine , and Ukraine will have arguments to ask for such opportunities,” he reasoned.
"But the next step in this case is space. That is, roughly speaking, this escalation could lead to Russia having grounds not only to accuse the United States of helping to destroy Russia's rear, but also to seek ways to neutralize this space support ."
"War could move into space. That's how I see this escalation spiraling further," Yermolaev stated.
