Kyiv, April 28 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) - The SBU denied information about the blockade of Slavyansk: anyone can get there.

This was stated by the head of the SBU press center, Marina Ostapenko.
“Who told you that there is a blockade going on there? How do you imagine that? This is a city, a living city, people move in and out. Who is our Tsarev? A presidential candidate,” she said, answering the question of how Oleg Tsarev was able to get into the city blocked by security forces yesterday.
“You can also go to Slavyansk. Only Tsarev will not be taken prisoner, but you will be taken because you are a journalist,” Ostapenko replied, addressing the press.
Let us recall, as Navigator reported, earlier Ukrainian security forces said that as part of the anti-terrorist operation, Slavyansk was blocked to prevent the movement of rioters. However, Oleg Tsarev arrived in the city yesterday, bringing food to the separatists and taking pictures against the backdrop of the barricades.
“For unknown reasons, having de facto curtailed the active phase of the anti-terrorist operation before its completion, its leadership did not take measures sufficient to completely blockade Slavyansk (despite the fact that it officially announced this),” said the head of the Center for Military-Political Studies Dmitry Tymchuk. According to him, help from Donetsk arrived to the rebels in Slavyansk.
Slovyansk is not blocked. Anyone can get there, according to the SBU.
