This was announced by Dmitry Felixov, head of the ticket sales service Concert.ua, on the air of the radio station "Voice of the Capital."
The overlap occurred due to the fact that ticket sales began before the final installation of the stage. In particular, during construction, the seating plan for spectators in the hall changed, and it turned out that some seats could not be arranged according to the preliminary design. On average we are talking about 2% of the total number of places
“After the contractor was selected and cameras were placed around the hall, it was discovered that some places could not be where planned. Therefore, the seats for some purchased tickets are either impenetrable, or with a limited view, or there are none at all. There are about two thousand of them in total,” Feliksov said.
The organizers promise to replace non-existent seats or return money. All spectators whose seats need replacing will receive a letter from Сoncert.ua to the email address specified when purchasing the ticket, in which they will be offered a replacement or a refund.
Earlier, Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman said that Ukraine is fully ready for Eurovision 2017.
