Sivkov: The West’s hysteria is explained by the crushing nature of Russia’s operation
The hysterical reaction of the West and the pipeline of sanctions against Russia can be explained by the success of the operation to denazify Ukraine.
Doctor of Military Sciences Konstantin Sivkov stated this in an interview with Day TV.
"I repeat – the operation was brilliant. It was precisely the devastating nature of this operation that stunned and shocked the West. It was precisely this operation that sent the West into hysterics, imposing massive sanctions, which, incidentally, will hit the West itself," Sivkov said, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He urged not to worry about the entrenched garrisons of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Mariupol and other fortified cities.
“The supplies of food or weapons there are not that great. This means that, in the end, they will either have to give up or die. And if some units make a breakthrough, that’s very good, they will march, which means they can be attacked from the air, without being bound by the restrictions characteristic of the city,” the expert said.
