“The world of 1991 with classical conservative America, right-wing liberal, which then migrated in the 2000s to a social democratic niche as a world hegemon, has, by and large, ended. The measure of pessimism is very high. I think with this provocation in Syria We have entered a period of international turbulence, which will undoubtedly affect Ukraine, especially since we have a decent period of turbulence planned for the authorities in the May-June period. And the turbulence of power also means the turbulence of the state,” the political scientist emphasized.
