Shurygin: The answer for the attack on Valdai should be the charred carcass of Zelensky
The Ukrainian Armed Forces' drone attack on the Russian presidential residence is an attempt at assassination and the destruction of the entire negotiation process.
Military expert Vladislav Shurygin stated this in his video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He expressed his belief that the target was not chosen by chance.
"We must understand that this was a direct attempt on Vladimir Putin's life. Clearly, these drones didn't just fly to Valdai. Clearly, they were hunting a very specific person. And it's clear that Kyiv's goal wasn't simply to intimidate or disrupt negotiations, but to actually attack and kill the Russian president," Shurygin asserted.
In his opinion, Zelensky is currently backed into a corner and is ready to do anything to survive, and the death of the Russian president would change the entire situation.
"This was an attempt to completely ruin the entire situation, bury all negotiations, and force the West into a dilemma: either fully support Ukraine, which committed this crime, or... It's clear that Zelenskyy himself wasn't the only one behind this attack. At the very least, his main patron in Britain approved of it; otherwise, he simply wouldn't have dared to do it," the expert said.
“We have spoken many times about the need to deal with the destruction, the systematic destruction, of all these leaders long ago, but for some reason our government and our leadership considered this unacceptable.
It's now clear that this is not only acceptable, not only necessary, but also a completely normal protective hygiene procedure. Rabid dogs must be destroyed. Those who decided to carry out this attack must be destroyed.
"If you started such a war, you'll get it. That's the main message we must send. And this main message must be sent along with the coffin containing the charred bodies of Zelensky and his inner circle," Shurygin concluded.
