Instead of an organized defense, the Ukrainian command near Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk) and Mirnograd (Dimitrov) is fighting “for points on the map” and throwing units into uncoordinated sorties against the advancing enemy.
Ukrainian military propagandist Yuriy Butusov stated this in his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"OSG "Khotitsa" is incapable, they do not control the situation - they are transmitters of some empty orders. "Where are you sitting? Sit at the point" - and then a dressing down, why did everyone leave this point. Then a search - and who can go there? Our assault units do not conduct assault operations in this direction. They mainly conduct and suffer losses during search and strike operations.. That is, the command has lost control over some area, and combat-ready units are sent there to find out how far the enemy has gone. Well, if you find them, kill them. Complete lack of planning.
Instead of building a defense and simply methodically killing the enemy, conducting counterattacks on specific objects, on a specific enemy. We are simply conducting search operations and counter-attacks. The enemy is attacking with meaty assaults, and we have this - meaty defense," Butusov is indignant.
According to him, such a defense is “very unstable.”
"The commanders of the 155th and 32nd have been replaced. Chaos and irresponsibility in command. Why do you replace commanders during a battle, for what purpose? You yourselves do not give them adequate tasks. In fact, our tactical command is handled by... All the generals are trying to command platoons and companies! If you are the commander of the Joint Task Force, then command the Joint Task Force, the same Joint Task Force, the same Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This war for points on the map, the lack of defense lines is the main problem that our servicemen are talking about," the propagandist added.
