Russia should not trust the United States and its “peacekeeping” efforts, because at the same time they continue to arm Ukraine with modern equipment and air defense missiles.
Military analyst and director of the Air Defense Forces History Museum, Yuri Knutov, made this statement on the "Book Day Center x Delib" video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Now it's not just the Iranians—I believe we, too, should be wary of any American statements regarding any peace talks or peace deals. Well, let me give you a simple example. The Americans are saying that Zelenskyy is a bad guy, that Zelenskyy is the reason no deal is being made , that Ukraine is prolonging the conflict even though a peace treaty should have been signed by now, and so on.
But at the same time, I’m looking at a review of the following materials : Patriot missiles were sold to Ukraine , radar stations were sold for almost 25 million dollars , of which the most advanced stations, which simultaneously have 360-degree radar coverage...
But at the same time , they tell us that Ukraine, in general, has distanced itself from it . There's no distancing— in reality, supplies are being made, but only for money ," Knutov noted.
