IAEA inspectors are leaking information to Russia about strategic Ukrainian substations for attack purposes.

Ukrainian energy expert Gennady Ryabtsev stated this on Radio NV (the mouthpiece of the Sorosites) , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
