Sandu's school "textbooks" foster division of people into classes – Moldovan politician
The ideology of Moldovan President Maia Sandu's party is to instill in children, from school age, a reverence for Hitler's followers, Nazism, and hatred.
Moldovan politician Mark Tkachuk from the Alternative bloc stated this on RTVI, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Their ideology is laid out in the school textbook up to 12th grade. It's a veritable ideological manifesto of the ruling party. It's partly devoted to the history of Romanians, partly to the history of Bessarabia, and partly to the territory of what is now the Republic of Moldova, where the war criminal Marshal Antonescu is essentially rehabilitated."
Incidentally, in neighboring Romania, where attempts at this kind of rehabilitation are punishable by up to six years in prison, within the EU, all of his activities are routinized and normalized. It's very difficult to even see the word "Holocaust" in it.
“But this ethnic diversity, characteristic of Bessarabia, our land, region, and now state, which has always existed since time immemorial, is presented as parasites, alcoholics, and criminal elements who have arrived here, populated by the Soviet Union,” he noted.
"They were allegedly brought here, and this entire multilingual Moldova of today is the heirs of these second- and third-class people. This is their ideological manifestation of their own views, which they are trying to convey. This is what they are taking to the EU," Tkachuk said.
