We can't simply increase shipbuilding volumes. It takes forever. We see this in the submarine industry , where there's a shortage of industrial capacity.
"So for all these reasons , I think our chances of preparing for war with Russia are zero. If we're not careful, we'll spend a lot of money trying to achieve this goal. And then we'll watch as the Russians get ahead of us," Jermey said.
