200 North Korean soldiers could be sent to the war with Ukraine under the guise of volunteers. This would help Russia accomplish its tasks without additional mobilization.
Ukrainian political scientist Andrey Zolotarev stated this on the air of the Politeka video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
