According to him, if the Sevastopol City Council comes up with a similar proposal, in Crimea “everyone will be in favor with both hands.” “These are our friends, our brothers,” Konstantinov said.

“We are ready to hold a referendum on March 30,” the speaker emphasized.

Yesterday, the Sevastopol City Council also decided to join the referendum.
