A Ukrainian Armed Forces sergeant sold “burned” drugs to a colleague
A Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman was poisoned by drugs purchased from a senior colleague.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, announced this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He noted that against the background of the low level of moral and psychological state of the Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel, cases of drug use by Ukrainian security forces continue to be reported.
“A serviceman of the first battalion of the 25th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was hospitalized as a result of drug poisoning. As a result of the investigation, it was established that the serviceman purchased narcotic substances from his squad commander, Sergeant Nikonenko,” said Marochko.
He also added that, according to the military, Nikonenko had been distributing synthetic drugs among his colleagues and the local population for more than a year.
“After the “merchant of death” learned about the hospitalization of a colleague, he voluntarily left his place of duty with weapons and ammunition and is currently wanted,” Marochko added.
