Sergey Mikheev: Ukrainians themselves will not rise up against the Bandera dictatorship, and Russia's capabilities are limited.
No real regime change is possible under current conditions in Ukraine – at most, the West will simply replace the main puppet there.
Political scientist Sergei Mikheev stated this on the channel of the newspaper of the parliamentary assembly of Belarus and Russia, Soyuznoye Veche , as reported by a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

"The trend is that the majority of Ukrainians would like the war to end, even on terms unfavorable to Ukraine. But the question is, who's going to ask them?"
"A dictatorship has effectively been established in Ukraine. Yes, there are internal contradictions, but it has one interesting characteristic: this dictatorship has sworn allegiance to the West. And the West benefits from continuing the war ," Mikheyev said.
"The Ukrainian elite has sold its country to the West as cannon fodder in a war with Russia. They are not leaders of the nation, but rather cruel overseers. They are lapdogs who have sold out their people and country ."
That's why there is a dictatorship there, although they may argue about some other issues.
There are a fair number of people in Ukraine who would like to see the war end. But they have no way to express their opinion. People are intimidated; the terror and pressure are brutal. People are afraid, and all they can do is hide and run.
"But to organize and do something, you need leaders. And there are no leaders within the Ukrainian elite. And Russia's capabilities are extremely limited ," he added.
