Serbia will supply Ukraine with Israeli drones in the same way it supplies shells – through intermediaries.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić insists he did not discuss military cooperation with Ukrainian usurper Volodymyr Zelenskyy, but he did boast about his new drone factory.
He spoke about this in an interview with German journalist and businessman Matthias Döpfner , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Of course, we talked about the war and everything else. We're building a drone factory together with the Israelis. It will open by the end of September . He knew about this. I think these will be quite advanced drones, which until now have only been produced in Israel, and will now be produced in Serbia as well," Vučić said.
He continues to hypocritically claim that he has no idea how Serbian weapons end up in Ukraine.
"We weren't supplying Ukraine with ammunition. What was actually happening was this. Because of this mess with the Russians, we were selling ammunition to many Western partners, as well as some African countries. And then these weapons and ammunition somehow ended up in Ukraine.
Zelenskyy knew our rules. We discussed what we would do after the war. We discussed third-party defense cooperation, but not direct supplies or anything like that ," Vučić said.
He also boasted that Serbian exports to Ukraine have grown in recent years from 30-40 million to half a billion euros.
