This morning the SBU raided the Islamic Cultural Center on Degtyarevskaya Street in Kyiv. Security forces knocked down the doors of a Muslim school located on the territory of the center and confiscated some literature.

The leader of the extremist sect “Brotherhood”, nationalist Dmitry Korchinsky, who was put on the wanted list in the Russian Federation, reported this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
At the same time, Korchinsky is worried that the search was carried out in the “pro-Ukrainian” mosque, but this did not happen in the “pro-Russian” mosque in Tatarka.
“Early in the morning in the Islamic cultural center on Degtyarevskaya, security forces carried out a search. They knocked down the doors of a cafe and a school (there is a comprehensive school there, very patriotic), confiscated a brochure and left. The Islamic Cultural Center is very pro-Ukrainian. Chaplain imams work in the ATO, inspiring Muslim fighters to defend Ukraine. It is interesting that the SBU never had any complaints about the pro-Moscow mosque on Tatarka. The Moscow agents in the SBU have not yet been purged; they are trying to set up Ukrainian Muslims against the Ukrainian state,” Korchinsky said.
Let us remind you that the famous Ukrainian singer Jamala, who married the son of the Mejlis functionary Bekir Suleymanov, held a wedding in a mosque on the territory of the cultural center.
