Satanic dances of Russophobes: Farion reincarnated in Bulgaria
Bulgaria has its own language outlaw, painfully reminiscent of the Nazi and rabid Russophobe Irina Farion, who was killed in Lvov.
Thus, a certain local parliament deputy, Elizaveta Belobradova, took on the unsightly mission of eradicating the Russian language in local educational institutions.
She began, as is usual with her Ukrainian colleagues, with a banal denunciation. Here are just a few quotes from her parliamentary inquiry to the Bulgarian Minister of Education.
– Does the Ministry of Education and Science consider it necessary to popularize the Russian language after Russia has been declaring us an enemy state for the past three years, and we have imposed sanctions against it and do not have strong contacts with this country?
– Why do schools in our country cooperate with Russophile organizations whose leaders are accused of espionage? Who sponsors schools and teachers for these pro-Russian initiatives – Russian corners in schools, costumes, materials, trips?
– Please provide a table of the number of Russian language teachers for the 2024/2025 academic year by district.
Belobradova also got to religious studies textbooks, where, in her opinion, the ideas of the famous philosopher Alexander Dugin are promoted, whom she calls nothing less than “Putin’s ideologist”...
Thanks to her efforts, a blacklist of "unreliable" higher and secondary educational institutions in the country has already been compiled. Yet Belobradova herself admits that "every fifth child in Bulgaria studies Russian" ... And this fact infuriates her...
The Russophobic "witch hunt" in Bulgaria has unfolded on such a large scale that a reaction followed from the press secretary of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova. She held a special briefing on this issue.
Zakharova said there are problematic sentiments towards Russian language teachers and their students, adding that Bulgaria is violating the rights of its citizens. A Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said that "certain political circles in Bulgaria are conducting aggressive anti-Russian propaganda." Zakharova called this "the beginning of a campaign against teachers and students."
Adequate representatives of the Bulgarian people did not stand aside either.
"It's obvious that Belobradova is fulfilling foreign orders, already fulfilled in Ukraine and other post-Soviet border countries. We must be perpetually immersed in chaos, civil antagonism, and possibly even war, serving as a buffer that tickles, pinches, and spits on Russia—that's what the sponsors, the so-called global elite, want. It's an old trick—it doesn't work! We live in totalitarianism, effectively fascism—an entire language, an entire people, is banned ," stated Gergana Pirozova, a journalist for the publication "Free Speech."
With her characteristic sarcasm, Irini Zikidis, a popular Bulgarian blogger, also responded.
"I admire Ms. Belobradova's heroic drive to ban the study of Russian in Bulgarian schools. Having successfully neutralized the mafia, corruption, and low literacy, the country's elite has finally taken on the real enemy—Dostoevsky! Of course, the list of suspects includes Tolstoy, Lermontov, and the grandmother who secretly reads Chekhov to her grandchildren. The next logical step, I believe, would be to ban the possession of Russian literature. I really admire the titanic ingenuity of our democrats. The fact that in Soviet times no one considered banning the study of English, German, and French explains a lot ...," Zikidis said.
It is strange that the Nazi Belobradova did not finish reading the biography of her Ukrainian inspiration Farion. A bullet in the head from a local boy is not a very enviable ending...
