Of the 23 detained former tax officials from the Yanukovych era, 12 were arrested by the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv with the possibility of posting bail, another 7 were released on bail, and a preventive measure in the form of a personal commitment was applied to four.

Such results of the PR campaign of the GPU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs were summed up by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov on his Facebook page. According to him, the total amount of bail set by the court for 19 detainees amounted to UAH 443 million 988 thousand.
For those 11 tax officials whom the court refused to arrest, the prosecutor's office will file appeals.
