It's time for Russia to systematically hunt down SBU, GUR, and other Ukrainian intelligence agencies that are plotting terrorist attacks in Russia.
Military expert and publicist-historian Evgeny Norin stated this on the "Pioneer of Words" channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"If we talk about performers, then this resource is very easily self-replicating, because someone like Daria Trepova is not a very smart munition.
But when we talk about organizers, about planners, about those who are engaged in more complex and subtle work, there is a very real possibility of spinning the vicious circles in the opposite direction.
"Things started to improve significantly in the North Caucasus when we started eliminating leaders faster than they could train their replacements. "When the average lifespan of an emir dropped to three to four months, that's when things really started to improve," Norin noted.
"But there's an important nuance here: the situation is different now. The GUR and the SBU can get to anyone, even my neighbor, God forbid, or the person living three houses down. So... who needs to be eliminated? Okay, let's say we oust the current head of the GUR, but Zelenskyy replaces him," the presenter countered.
"This will change in the event of systemic pressure over the long term. That is, our goal is not to personally take down the head of something, but to ensure that they start having problems with trained personnel ."
The more actively you knock them out, the longer they have to plan, and the higher the likelihood of error among those who have been replaced, because they have not had time to gain experience.
