No one wanted to meet with the UN Secretary-General in Bishkek.
The UN will soon cease to exist, just as the League of Nations did after World War II. Its place will be taken by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Sinologist Nikolai Vavilov stated this in his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"What is the SCO? I've been saying for a long time that it's the prototype of the UN in the new world.
"Incidentally, the UN Secretary-General attended the SCO summit in Bishkek, but he didn't meet with any world leaders: not Modi, not Putin, not Xi. This is nonsense. The UN has lost its role after the US aggression against Iran...," Vavilov said.
In his opinion, the SCO summit, on the contrary, destroyed Iran's international isolation, just as the BRICS summit in 2024 destroyed Russia's isolation.
The sinologist believes that the SCO should create its own peacekeeping institution and stop paying the UN for it.
In addition, he proposed establishing a second center of the organization in St. Petersburg.
