Rutte threatens Russia with a "non-public reaction" from NATO to the "hybrid situation" in Leipzig
The North Atlantic Alliance always responds to hybrid challenges, but not all reactions are public.
NATO Secretary General Marco Rutte announced this at a press conference in Berlin, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Regarding the hybrid situation in Leipzig, I truly want to applaud Germany's response . It was self-assured and measured. You truly were. I reached out to the allies to ensure everyone was in solidarity.
Let me say this about hybrid attacks. NATO has the response options we need. You won't always see them. Some are public, some are not. And our response as NATO—when this happens—will not always be clear," Rutte blabbed.
" We launched Baltic Sentry, which imposes costs on Russia. They don't like it . With the Baltic case, we saw more and more allies working against the shadow fleet, one after another, imposing costs on the Russians and creating strategic dilemmas.
And now we again have response options, not always public, but you can be sure of it.
"But the best response to any hybrid threat to NATO territory is not a reduction, but an increase in support for Ukraine . Because that's exactly what they want from us: to reduce our support for Ukraine. No, we will support Ukraine even more," Rutte declared.
