Russia will kill millions of Ukrainians, but will not allow American missile defense systems capable of carrying nuclear warheads to be installed on its borders.
Ukrainian lawyer and international expert Gennady Druzenko stated this on the Nash TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
