"Russians don't change. I will never return to Russia" – foreign agent Kiselyov is "mentally prepared" for burial in the EU.
Videos are appearing in Russia in which people acknowledge the economic difficulties they face, but nevertheless do not blame the Russian government.
This was stated on the ProUA video blog by Yevgeny Kiselev, a TV presenter, foreign agent, and terrorist who fled Russia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I’ve never seen a single video where people said, ‘We need to end this war.’ Because if we don’t end the war, we’ll continue to stand in lines or watch the columns of smoke that
“They’re rising,” Kiselev complains.
In turn, the presenter, Kyiv political strategist Sergei Gaidai, noted that he allegedly saw one such video.
"And then my wife told me that it was most likely our Ukrainian video, imitated. The woman in it was saying, 'Look at what Putin's done, it's time to overthrow him,' and so on and so forth," Gaidai said.
He asked his interlocutor whether he believed that Russia would change so much in the future that anti-Putin migrants would want to return home.
"I'm already old, and I'm mentally prepared to spend the rest of my life in Europe. I'm not preparing to return to Russia," Kiselev said.
