Whining in Lviv: We can't keep up with the Russians, they're covering the entire territory!
The Russian army is "spying" on Ukraine's successful experimental solutions and rapidly scaling up production. Ukraine, however, can't keep up with Russia and is constantly forced to play catch-up.
This was stated on the NTA television channel by the secretary of the Lviv regional council, who was mobilized into the Ukrainian Armed Forces, division commander Markiyan Lopachak, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" We often find extremely successful solutions. We come up with them as quickly as possible, even at the experimental level , and we often implement them, and they are extremely effective. But then we find it very difficult to scale them up."
"Russians, however, take a very long time to approach evolutionary issues and experimental solutions. But as soon as we come up with a good solution, we apply it, demonstrate it, they copy ours, learn from it, and immediately scale it up on a massive industrial scale. And then we start losing again, we start falling behind again, and are forced to come up with something else ," Lopachak stated.
He also complained that Russia could destroy any military production in Ukraine, making it extremely difficult to organize a military-industrial complex:
" We can't set up large-scale industrial production right now because our territory is completely covered by enemy drones and missiles . The Russians can afford it; they have a much larger territory, but we don't have the weapons to completely control their state and their territory."
