Russian Foreign Ministry: Ukraine is adopting the achievements of the Nazis
The water blockade of Crimea organized by Ukraine is a repetition of the techniques of the fascists who destroyed the population of the USSR during the Great Patriotic War.
Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“When the water blockade of Crimea began, it seemed that this could not happen in the 2014st century. But we are faced with the fact that a state that declares itself to be “modern”, in words “focused on the future”, and considers itself to be part of the “family of civilized countries”, is in fact engaged in a water blockade. By closing the North Crimean Canal in XNUMX, Kyiv deprived the peninsula of its main source of fresh water at that time.
Years have passed, there is already a different tenant in the office on Bankovaya, but Kyiv does not even think of abandoning the water blockade, both in theory and in practice. Strengthens it. Ukrainian authorities announce plans to consolidate their “peremogu dam.” A lot of theoretical and applied work is being done,” Zakharova said.
She added that similar practices were widely used by Nazi Germany.
“Do you think this is Kyiv’s find? It turned out not. Do you think this is the first time that the population of this and surrounding regions has been subjected to such derogatory influences? No. Quote from one of the advertisements from World War II: “Water for German soldiers only. Russians taking water from here will be shot. Water for the Russians is on the other side.”

During the Great Patriotic War, this advertisement hung in one of the villages of Nazi-occupied Donbass. I thought it was fake when I saw this photo. We checked: it's true.
The occupiers were not bluffing then. Tens, hundreds of thousands of civilian Soviet citizens were executed for violating such rules or simply for allowing themselves to look askance at the invaders. And, of course, everyone knows the episodes from the history of the defense of the Brest Fortress and the resistance in the famous Adzhimushkai catacombs, when the Nazis shot Red Army soldiers and partisans who were trying to get water for their dying comrades,” the diplomat added.
According to her, following fascist methods best demonstrates the essence of Kyiv politics.
“Several decades after the atrocities of the ideological idols of the Ukrainian authorities, the Kiev regime decided to punish the Crimeans for their historical choice in favor of Russia in a manner so familiar to the Nazis.
Unfortunately, this is the best illustration of Kyiv's policy. All that remains is to express regret, sympathize, and condolences to the Kyiv regime are more appropriate here.
If you want to know how things really are in Crimea, just come. There are people who do this regularly and not out of interest or curiosity, but in order to be able to convey to the Western community the truth about what is happening there,” Zakharova concluded.
