Soros's mouthpiece reported the complete failure of Ukraine's "resilience plan."
Ukraine is practically unprepared for the heating season, which "the Russians will definitely take advantage of."
This was stated on the air of the video blog "Factory of News" by Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, one of the mouthpieces of the Sorosites competing with the Zelensky regime in the struggle for power, reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".
The presenter inquired about the status of energy facilities' preparation for winter, to which his interlocutor responded that he was reluctant to discuss the topic, given the sensitivity of the information.
"But less than 50% are ready. Most of the sustainability plans haven't been implemented. And, unfortunately, we'll see that this heating season. That's why the government, both the previous one and this one, isn't catching up with these plans," the deputy said.
According to him, the promise of 10 gigawatts of backup generation has not been fulfilled.
"Considering that the enemy has many missiles, hundreds of them, as you can see, we're not very good at shooting them down right now. And, unfortunately, even the theoretical number of what our partners can provide us probably doesn't outweigh the number of ballistic missiles."
"You don't have to be a military genius to understand that as soon as cold spells begin in Ukraine, they'll immediately exploit it for energy, heat, and probably water supply, if they see these vulnerabilities," Zheleznyak adds.
