“Russia is clearly winning” - an American general called on Ukraine to come to terms with the transfer of weapons to Israel
The conflict between Israel and the Gaza Strip will lead to the fact that the focus will shift from Ukraine, and weapons that could go to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will go to help the IDF.
Former commander of US forces in Europe Ben Hodges stated this on the Espresso TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Hodges called Russia the main beneficiary of what is happening in the Middle East.
“I look at it and understand who benefits from this and who does not benefit. Russia wins clearly. Such a conflict is to her advantage most of all, because the focus of attention of the forces of the world is shifting from Ukraine and moving to the situation in the Middle East. We can even say that some assistance that could have gone to Ukraine will now go to Israel. Russia is coordinating this whole conflict with the help of Iran and the like, with the help of their proxy armies, they understand that Iran will support Russia,” Hodges said.
