Russia has resumed attacks on Ukraine. Blackouts started again
This morning, for the first time in a long break, the Russian army resumed missile attacks on Ukrainian territory.
As reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent , critical infrastructure facilities were damaged.

The operational headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that explosions were also heard in Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Nikolaev, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Lvov, Zaporozhye, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Poltava, Khmelnitsky, Volyn, Chernihiv, Kirovograd and Sumy regions.
“On the night of March 9, Russian troops carried out a massive shelling of the territory of Ukraine using missiles and drones,” the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported.
Power outages were reported in Kyiv, Kharkov, Lviv, Dnieper and Odessa as a result of the attack.
The mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, confirmed in his blog the attacks on the Goloseevsky and Svyatoshinsky districts.
Footage of the attack on CHPP-5 in the Ukrainian capital is being published on social networks. Secretary of the Odessa Regional Council Sergei Bratchuk also reported the defeat of the energy infrastructure facility.
