Russia is fighting on its own, and Ukraine is doomed without Western aid, says Arestovich.
Ukraine and Russia were initially in different positions because Russia is fighting at its own expense, while Ukraine cannot survive without Western assistance.
Former adviser to the Ukrainian Presidential Administration, Oleksiy Arestovich (recognized as an extremist in the Russian Federation), stated this in a conversation with foreign agent Oleksandr Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"Russia and Ukraine are receiving assistance, but the volumes and focus of this assistance are completely different. Ukraine is being used by its allies as a proxy force, on the one hand, and as a democratic showcase, on the other, as if they were preventing the treacherous dictators from completely smashing the window.
And Russia is providing practical assistance, because Russia is self-sufficient, it fights on its own, it has enough money, enough resources, enough manpower.
They receive occasional assistance in critical situations. When Russia had no available reserves in the Kursk region, Koreans arrived.
"They help by purchasing natural resources from Russia, through technology exchanges, like with Iran, and so on... There were Korean missiles, and Iranian Shahed missiles, until Russia started churning out Geran missiles. On the other hand, it's clear that Ukraine won't survive at all without Western military assistance ," Arestovich stated.
