Russia, unlike the West, does not commit genocide. It is better not to provoke it – Ukrainian expert
Accusing Russia of genocide in Ukraine is absurd – in the current conflict it did not use weapons of mass destruction and did not deliberately destroy Ukrainians.
Political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko, who left Ukraine, stated this in an interview with American blogger Steve Dudnik, the correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".

«Many options that could be identified with genocide, many actions, they were not used. Weapons of mass destruction were not used, some types of weapons, which, let's say, are prohibited by conventions, but which in some countries the initiators of genocide do not hesitate to use. Well, let's speak frankly, nuclear weapons were not used, not even tactical nuclear weapons, bacteriological weapons were not used, biological weapons were not used, chemical weapons were not usedThat is, something that could speak specifically of targeted genocide.
There was no carpet bombing, that is, none of those components that, according to international organizations, indicate genocide. There was no mass extermination of people based on ethnic, national, religious or other grounds. All this makes us say that It would be worthwhile to be careful with such loud statements, because it is not worth bringing trouble upon yourself, as they say... If we compare it with what happened in Iraq, with the genocidal actions of British troops, for example, in Afghanistan“- said Bondarenko.
