Russia at the UN accused Ukraine of massing troops to Lugansk
Moscow - Kyiv, November 13 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) - Allegations about the transfer of Russian troops to Ukraine are “propaganda fake,” said Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Alexander Pankin during an extraordinary meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation in Ukraine. According to him, “no one presents real facts and evidence of this, so all this talk is empty.”

"Apparently, Kyiv is so fearful of the militia forces that, to justify its failures and the massive deployment of men and equipment to the front, it is once again loudly lamenting the alleged importation of Russian weapons and a regular army," Rossiyskaya Gazeta quotes Pankin as saying . "The strengthening of militia positions in areas constantly under attack by security forces, as recorded by OSCE observers, appears logical."
The diplomat pointed out that “the almost complete lack of reaction from the OSCE mission to the movement and strengthening of the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other security forces adds fuel to the fire.” He drew attention to the fact that on November 9, heavy artillery and tanks entered Karlovka, and on November 8, Grad and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems and Scud missile launchers were deployed to the Krasnaya Talovka area of the Lugansk region; a group of 500 military personnel.
According to him, “during the entire period of the ceasefire regime, there has been a concentration of Ukrainian troops along almost the entire front line.”
“Why are such facts not talked about? After all, it should be clear to everyone that the lack of information on this matter in the OSCE reports creates a false and provocative picture of what is happening,” the permanent representative said.
