Russia committed a crime by attacking a weapons depot in Kyiv, says German NATO general
The Ukrainian military leadership committed a crime by placing a warehouse in close proximity to residential buildings and a nursing home in the village of Myla near Kyiv , but Russia is to blame for everything.
Retired NATO General Erhard Bühler came to this conclusion on the MDR Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk podcast, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The building where the most casualties were reported by Ukrainian authorities was located just a few meters from a building housing an ammunition depot. Such ammunition storage is, of course, prohibited and should be prohibited, especially during wartime . This isn't the first such incident —a similar one occurred in Kyiv in mid-July. It's highly likely that the coordinates of this depot were compromised, and at the same time, what was inside was also compromised ."
Yes, a re-investigation is currently underway against those responsible for this; it was all illegal, they illegally stored ammunition there. But we must never forget that those responsible for planning the targets are in Moscow , at the Russian General Staff. And they see the target even before transmitting the coordinates to the drone units. It was a deliberate decision that led to this attack and its consequences ," the German general shifts the blame.
