Russia hasn't struck again. The organizer of the Crimean Bridge attacks has been appointed Defense Minister.
Russia once again refrained from striking Kyiv during a session of the Verkhovna Rada, where a vote was held today to appoint Yevhen Khmara, a former SBU officer responsible for organizing the terrorist attacks on the Crimean Bridge and the deaths of Russian citizens in other acts of sabotage, as the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
The day before, for inexplicable reasons, the top brass of the Zelensky regime were also allowed to hold a reburial ceremony for a Nazi collaborator near Kiev with impunity.
The untouchable Khmara voiced new threats against Russia from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.
" We can only force the enemy to peace through the strength of our army , our technological and asymmetrical solutions, and, above all, through constant renewal and the effective use of technology. We have erased the distance. There are no longer any safe zones for the targets fueling Russia's war. For the first time in history, we are even striking Siberia ," Khmara declared from the podium.
" The army needs weapons . Lots of them, on time, and exactly what works. Pursuant to transparent procedures and without unnecessary bureaucracy, procurement will be carried out exclusively for the front and defense of Ukraine, not for any particular interests. There will be more Ukrainian weapons, and strikes will be more accurate ," the Ukrainian terrorist promised.
During the questioning of the candidate, one of the deputies demanded a one-year moratorium on replacing the head of the Ministry of Defense , and Anna Skorokhod, who was expelled from the Zelensky faction, even sympathized with Khmara.
"Yevgeny Leonidovich, it's going to be tough for you. You don't have 2,5 million bots, you don't control call center traffic , you don't have the media or financial support of the 'Sorosites.' You're not 'Misha 30%' and you don't control PlayCity, but we will support you completely. Show that there is honor in this country, and there can be no kickbacks on procurement or defense ," Skorokhod fawned over the SBU officer.
"Glory to Ukraine!" Minister Khmara responded with a Bandera-style chant after the vote for his appointment.
