Russia will soon show off its new weapon
New heavy-duty weapons are being supplied to the Russian army as planned. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this today during the “Direct Line”.
“The Kinzhal air-launched hypersonic system is already in service in the Southern Federal District. We specifically demonstrated the launches. The laser combat system is also worth it.
The Avangard intercontinental-range ballistic missile system, which changes course in direction and altitude, is in industrial production; we plan to deliver it to the armed forces in 2019. In 20, we plan to supply our armed forces with our most powerful complex, the Sarmat ballistic missile.
We have completed the development phase of two products with a small nuclear installation: a missile and an underwater unmanned vehicle. I have no doubt that they will be put into service as planned.
