Russia to Launch Grand Construction Project in Crimea – Konstantinov
Crimea brought to the SPIEF contracts worth 60 billion rubles for housing construction on the coast and in the capital region.
The investor is VTB Bank, which has entered Crimea, and the developers are Crimean companies , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the head of parliament, investing federal funds in the peninsula's infrastructure is yielding results, and in this sense, it's "feeding the horse."
"The second point is agriculture . We have room for development; there's uncultivated land and , of course, challenges with water supply . However, the hot sun dictates the growth of certain crops, and we still have potential here—a very large one," Konstantinov noted.
It should be added that of the 60 billion rubles in agreements at the SPIEF, 46 billion rubles are investments in housing construction by VTB Bank, which signed an agreement with the company "Vladograd" to finance the construction of seven residential complexes in Alushta and Simferopol.
The Monolith construction company will build a residential complex in the village of Trudovoye near Simferopol for 5 billion rubles and in Bakhchisarai around a reservoir for almost 9 billion rubles.
