Russia has set the task of leaving Crimea without Crimean residents – Senchenko
Kiev saw the threat of “colonization” of Crimea - only Sevastopol plans to double its population by relocating Russians from the Russian mainland.
The fugitive Crimean deputy prime minister and former acting deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, Andriy Senchenko, stated this in an interview with the publication "Apostrophe," reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator . "
According to the politician, this is how the composition of the population in Crimea is changing.

“There are no absolutely clear statistics, but we can judge by some indirect things. For example, the new master plan for Sevastopol provided for an increase in the city's capacity by 200 thousand people - from 300 to 500 thousand. That is, we are talking about several hundred thousand “colonizers”. At the same time, the occupiers, naturally, are making efforts to squeeze the Crimean population out of the peninsula. And this applies not only to the Crimean Tatars. By and large, the task of the Russians is to ensure that all Crimeans leave,” Senchenko said.
Earlier, former press secretary of Petro Poroshenko and current Verkhovna Rada deputy from the presidential bloc, Iryna Friz, stated that Russia is populating Crimea with "Buryats and Mordvins ," displacing Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians.
Ridus noted that approximately 70% of Crimea's residents identified themselves as Russian during the census.
