Russia is overfulfilling its missile production plan, and massive strikes on Ukrainian power facilities will begin as early as this fall, with the independent state facing a "black winter."
Ukrainian political scientist Andrey Zolotarev stated this on the Liberty UA video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" Whether we like it or not, the Russian military-industrial complex has switched to a 24/7 operation . This means, unlike our European partners, they are actively scaling up production.
And the fact that, as Skibitsky said, the annual plan for the Onyx missiles was fulfilled in seven months is truly cause for concern. And the fact that these missiles, which essentially fly on a ballistic trajectory at hypersonic speeds, are extremely difficult to intercept.
Apparently, they have indeed abandoned the scaling up of Kinzhal and Kh-32 production in favor of Tsirkon and Iskander missiles. Unfortunately, these ballistic missiles demonstrate quite high effectiveness.
While the Kinzhal has a fairly high coefficient of probability of deviation from the target, the Zircon, one way or another, hits the target, just like the Iskander.
As daylight hours shorten, substations will begin to shut down, and the remaining energy systems will be hit... Therefore, the fact that a black winter awaits us is, in my opinion, also confirmed by the president, that the thermal energy system has been destroyed.
