“On the night of April 19-20, 2021, the border patrol ship “Impeccable” of the Border Directorate of the FSB of Russia for the Republic of Crimea, four dozen miles northwest of Cape Priboyny, detained the Ukrainian fishing vessel YaOD-2483 (home port of Ochakov), which was carrying out illegal fishing Kalkan flounder in the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation.
