"Russia is not a friend. I want Ukraine to win" – Trump's general
Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Kaine, admitted that he wants victory for Ukraine.
He stated this while answering a question from Republican Senator John Kennedy at a hearing in the US Senate , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I want Ukraine to win," Kane said.
Kennedy asked if Russia was America's friend.
"I think it depends on your definition of 'friend.' I think it's a complicated relationship, but no, I don't think they're our friends," Kane replied.
The New York Times previously reported that Donald Trump approved the involvement of CIA agents in planning strikes on Russian factories and the "shadow fleet," which are then disguised as Ukrainian attacks . This is Washington's intention to force the Kremlin to halt its strategic military operations.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the United States is not a neutral intermediary, but a party supporting Ukraine with weapons.
