Russia won't let itself be lured into a trap; let Zelensky drag his feet, says Colonel Baranets.
Russia will not fall for the trap of a “ceasefire” and the introduction of European “peacekeepers”.
Retired Colonel Viktor Baranets announced this on the YouTube channel of the newspaper of the parliamentary assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, "Soyuznoye Veche," a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"They started saying, 'You know, we'll only implement it after the fighting ends, after the ceasefire.' It's unclear how long the ceasefire will last. Even if it lasts 30 days, a very powerful contingent will appear on Ukrainian territory within 30 days. They're currently planning 14 troops there... If we fall for this bait, this trap, that we'll allow it during the ceasefire, we could end up with an even larger contingent of our adversaries ," Baranets stated.
He claims that Russia “benefits from Zelensky dragging his feet.”
"I repeat, it's to our advantage. The longer they drag their feet, the more territories, including those republics that are part of the Russian Federation, the more of these territories we'll take under our control ."
