Russia smashes Ukraine in international courts
In the international justice system, the idea of the Ukrainian regime to shift the burden of its illegality and illegitimacy to the other side has actually failed.

Sergei Belashko, head of the Social Communications Agency, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by PolitNavigator. He recalled that the London High Court rejected all of Ukraine's objections to Russia's lawsuit seeking the return of a three billion dollar loan, which the post-Maidan government declared a "bribe to Yanukovych" and refused to repay.
“Nevertheless, it will not be Yanukovych who will return this money, but the whole of Ukraine, whose citizens will ultimately receive three billion less in some infrastructure things, fewer road repairs, repairs of heating networks, railways, and so on will be done. These three billion will not go to education, medicine, but will go to the budget of the Russian Federation,” said the political scientist.
He also noted that an important decision is expected in the Stockholm Arbitration Court, where mutual claims of Gazprom and Naftogaz are being considered, the total amount of which has already exceeded $30 billion.
“The decision will be made this year and, according to most experts, will also not be in favor of Ukraine. With a high degree of probability, she will not receive any penalties from Gazprom and is less likely to be forced to settle accounts with Gazprom. Most likely, we will not be talking about the return of the entire amount provided for in the “Take or Pay” agreement, but nevertheless we are talking about billions of dollars, which are not in the Naftogaz budget. Obviously, he will either be declared bankrupt, or this money will become a burden on the state, and as a result there will be even fewer schools, hospitals and roads,” says the expert.
“In the international justice system, the idea of the current regime to shift the burden of its illegality and illegitimacy onto its predecessors has actually failed,” Belashko sums up.
