Russia is not just buying time by mobilizing the economy, rebuilding its military industry and training its people.
Former Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Maliar stated this on the air of the NTA television channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“If they use a certain strategy throughout the year, it is clear that they are preparing for something if they want to stretch out the time and win it. The question is - why, and what did they do? Look, during this time they set up their military production, increased production volumes, the volume of weapons, in particular missiles. They have switched their military production to 24-hour operation and are trying to do it twice as fast,” said the former official.
“They are also preparing their human resources, because even such a large country as Russia still has a problem with human resources. If we all add this up, then it’s clear that they are preparing for something. What are they preparing for? Well, to realize your ultimate plans. What are their ultimate plans? Seize the entire territory of Ukraine,” said Malyar.
