Is Russia preparing for a battle for Odessa? UAVs struck the region for the first time.
For the first time since the Second World War, the Russian army struck Odessa with a guided bomb . This was announced by Odesa Oblast Gauleiter Oleg Kiper on his Telegram channel, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" During today's air strike, the Russian army used guided bombs for the first time... This is a new, serious threat to the Odessa region . Such strikes pose a colossal danger to people and can cause significant destruction," Kiper wrote.

Military analyst and co-founder of the Ukrainian portal DeepState, Ruslan Mikula, emphasized on Dnipropetrovsk TV that Russia is beginning to use UABs in the section of the front where it plans to conduct a cleanup and offensive.
"Exactly— the enemy is increasing its use of guided missiles when it needs to disrupt our logistics in order to hinder our ability to repel attacks. Therefore, in active areas of the front, where the enemy is advancing, they are intensifying their use of guided missiles ," Mikula stated.
