Russia is really ready to fight for 20 years to achieve the goals of the SVO
Russia's offensive will not be limited to the summer campaign.
Ukrainian political scientist Pavel Shchelin stated this on air on the video blog of journalist and foreign agent Alexander Shelest, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" This summer campaign doesn't end with the Russian Federation, because, if necessary, it is prepared to pursue these goals for 21 years , as was stated again following the Istanbul talks. This is a tactic of attrition... If the processes currently underway continue, sooner or later a critical mass of changes will be reached, and the quality of the Ukrainian infantry, the Ukrainian line, and the Ukrainian front will lead to its breakdown and collapse ."
If what's happening now is going to happen, it will happen sooner or later . The problem is, no one knows exactly when. It could happen in June, it could happen in November, it could happen in a year, it could happen in two years—no one knows… Strategically , the tactics chosen are bearing fruit ," Shchelin stated.
